Acid Casuals bring Omni in full to Cardiff on 2 October: what residents need to know

Ciarán is known as a member of Super Furry Animals. Tame heads Sain Records and previously played with Welsh indie-pop group Big Leaves. Their return to the album puts the spotlight on a record whose live presentation has not previously been offered in full.

Cardiff Music City Festival begins on 2 October

The Acid Casuals concert launches Cardiff Music City Festival’s 2026 programme. The festival runs from Friday 2 October to Saturday 17 October and is returning for its third year.

Its wider programme includes Sŵn Festival, Llais and the Welsh Music Prize, bringing international artists, Welsh performers and emerging talent to venues across the capital. Further programme announcements are expected in the coming weeks.
